William K. Horn

William K. Horn, 78, of Port Clinton, died Sunday, September 27, 2015 at his residence. He was born March 30, 1937 in Athens, OH, the son of Mack and Mary K. (Copeland) Horn. He was married to Jennie Risley and she preceded him in death on March 11, 2009. Mr. Horn retired from Uniroyal. He was a United States Air Force Veteran serving in the Korean War. He was a member of V.F.W. Post 2480, Port Clinton. He enjoyed fishing, camping, coaching baseball and taking care of his cats. Surviving are his daughters: Babette (Steve Kosztyo) Green of Port Clinton, Christine (Brad) David of Littleton, CO; son: William "Billy" Horn of Texas; grandchildren: Gregg (Jessica) Gergosian of Toledo, Katherine David of Littleton, CO; great-grandchildren: Cody Gergosian and Erin Gergosian; brothers: Larry (Lucy) Horn of Ft. Myers, FL, Gary (Marilyn) Horn of Erie, MI; sisters: Nancy (Dan) Keirnes of Athens, OH, Pat (Lou) Morris of Athens, OH. He was preceded in death by his brother: Randy Horn. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Port Clinton where visitation will be held Saturday from 9:00 am until the time of the service. Interment will follow in LaCarpe Cemetery, Lacarne, OH. Memorial contributions may be given to Humane Society of Ottawa County.
