Sarah Jennifer Hall

Sarah Jennifer Hall, 34, of Port Clinton, Ohio passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2014 as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born on October 6, 1980 in Port Clinton, the daughter of Maury and Yvonne (Edmonds) Hall. She was a 1999 graduate of Port Clinton High School where she enjoyed being a member of "Touch of Class" under the direction of Greg Fox. After graduation she attended the University of Toledo for 2 years. She then moved to California to further her studies at California State University San Marcos, where she graduated in 2006 with a Bachelors Degree in sociology. After spending some time in California, she moved back to Ohio and enrolled at DeVry University where she studied medical records and medical coding. She also received her cosmetology license from a beauty college in Florida. Since 2010 Sarah worked in marketing at Nationwide Insurance in Dallas, Texas. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Port Clinton. Sarah was also a fitness enthusiast who enjoyed staying physically fit. But most importantly, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Survivors include her loving parents: Maury and Yvonne, Port Clinton; brothers: Scott (Patty) Hall, Groveport, Ohio and Chad (Erin) Hall, New Albany, Ohio; grandmother: Florence Edmonds, Port Clinton; fiance': Matt Dougherty; nephews: Brayden Levi Hall, Andrew Groves, Noah James Hall; niece: Grace Hall; aunts: Madeline Dubbert, Port Clinton; Leah (James) Ball, Orlando, Florida; uncles: William (Lynn) Edmonds, Mansfield, Ohio; Dennis Hall, Tucson, Arizona; numerous cousins; and her beloved canine companion, her chihuahua: "Cheerio". She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather: Dana Edmonds; paternal grandparents: Howard and Mary Hall; aunts: Rita Sharples, Theresa Clemons; and uncle: Don Hall. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8pm at the Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, 1124 Fulton Street, Port Clinton. On Wednesday, December 31, 2014, prayers will begin at 9:30 am at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 414 Madison Street, Port Clinton, with Father John C. Missler officiating. Burial will follow in Catawba Island Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
