Robert W. Hebner

Robert W. Hebner, 64, of Rocky Ridge, Ohio, died Sunday, January 16, 2011 at Riverview Healthcare Campus, Oak Harbor, Ohio. He was born in Port Clinton, Ohio on September 18, 1946, the son of William & Edna (Wohlfiel) Hebner. Bob attended Rocky Ridge and Oak Harbor schools and was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Rocky Ridge. An avid outdoorsman, he greatly enjoyed hunting and fishing. Bob was an employee of Kilmer Lumber in Limestone and the Gordon Lumber Company, Oak Harbor. He is survived by sisters, Irene (Charles) VanNess, and Barbara Hebner, both of Oak Harbor; nieces, Tammy Newman, Walbridge, Ohio, and Michelle Latez, Elmore, Ohio. Great nieces and nephews and cousins also survive. The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Wednesday at Crosser Funeral Home, Oak Harbor. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday at St. John Lutheran Church, Rocky Ridge, where friends may call after 10:00 A.M. Thursday. The Rev. Keith Baker will officiate, and interment will be in Elliston Cemetery, Elliston, Ohio. Following interment services, a luncheon for family and friends will be served at the church.
