Patricia A. Shedden

Patricia Shedden (Taylor, nee Boston), 80, passed away Monday, June 22, 2009 at Edgewood Manor Nursing Home. Patricia was born in Jamestown, Ohio on June 30, 1928 to Earl and Edna Boston. Patricia was married to Archie Taylor in 1950, who passed away in 1976. Archie and Patricia resided in Dayton, Ohio and Montgomery, Ohio. She married Robert Shedden in 1992, who passed away in 1995. She is survived by three children, Steven Taylor of Stuyvesant and Brooklyn, NY, Jeffrey Taylor (Dara) of Montgomery, Ohio and Debra Lonneman (Stephen) of Port Clinton, Ohio and seven grandchildren, Bethany, Ben, Megan and Michael Taylor, Katherine, Stephen, and David Lonneman. She was preceded in death by her mother and father and one sister, Phyllis Brown. Patricia was a member of United Methodist Church in Dayton, Ohio, Oak Creek United Church of Christ in Kettering, Ohio and Sycamore United Presbyterian Church in Mason, Ohio. She enjoyed bowling, playing bridge, and most of all her time with her family and grandchildren. Patricia was grateful for the kind and loving care given to her at Edgewood. She was especially grateful to Heartland Hospice for the guidance and support in the last months of her life. Services will be held at David's Cemetery in Dayton at 2 PM June 25th.
