Michael J. Mezger, 50, of Catawba Island died Sunday, January 16, 2011 at his residence. He was born July 30, 1960 in Toledo, the son of Rolf A. and Dorris Jean (Shufelt) Mezger. Michael was a United States Navy Veteran. Surviving are his Mother: Jean Siferd of Catawba Island; father Rolf A. Mezger of Bonita Beach, FL; twin brother: Mark M. (Renae) Mezger of Harrod, OH; sister: Dawn R. (Paul) Thompson of Oak Harbor. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
