Mary Jane Cawrse

Mary Jane Cawrse, 96, of Catawba Island died Tuesday, December 9, 2014. She was born June 1, 1918 in Willard, OH the daughter of Dr. Earle S. and Grace (Guinall) Braithwaite. She married Dr. Robert C. Cawrse on December 27, 1939 and he preceded her in death on Oct. 16, 2010. Mrs. Cawrse was a homemaker and a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Port Clinton, OH. Surviving are her sons, R. Thomas (Marie) Cawrse, DDS of Port Townsend, WA, James B. (Susan) Cawrse of Chesapeake, VA; daughter, Susan (Tom) Hodgson of Naples, FL; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Peninsula Chapel, 7755 E. Harbor Rd. Lakeside-Marblehead, OH. Interment will be in Sackett Cemetery, Danbury Township. Memorial contributions may be made to Vineyard on Catawba, 3920 E.
