Mary Hurst

Mary F. Hurst, 80, of Port Clinton, OH died Sunday, December 4, 2011 at her residence. She was born May 21, 1931 in Virginia, the daughter of the late Alexander and Addie (Barnett) Wallen. She married Floyd W. Hurst on April 23, 1948 and he preceded her in death on October 9, 2000. Surviving are her sons: Leonard Hurst of Marblehead, Jim Hurst of Tennessee, Ernest Hurst of Port Clinton; daughter: Ruby Radloff of Ohio; grandchildren: Michael Hurst, Matthew Hurst, Joshua Hurst, Jason Hurst, Jeanette Warthon, Taylor Hurst, Dawn Hurst-McCaleb; great-grandchildren: Terry Caris, Alexis Hurst, Kyle Hurst, Aleigha Hurst, Caitlin Hurst, Josh Hurst, Jr., Sophia Glovinsky; brother: Fred Wallen of Kingsport TN. She was preceded in death by her husband, son: Ralph Hurst; siblings: Jessie, Myrtle, Charlie, Gilbert, Martha, Maude, Rosy, John, Edgar, Victoria, Lulu-Mae, Faye, Henderson, Frank, Macie, Eckel and Ray. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 am Thursday, December 8, 2011 at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Peninsula Chapel, LakesideMarblehead, OH where visitation will be held Wednesday from 2:00 4:00 and 6:00 8:00 pm. Burial will be in Sackett Cemetery, Danbury Township. Rev. Earl Taylor will be officiating. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
