Marvin Taft Rudolph, 83, of Oak Harbor, Ohio passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Stein Hospice Care Center in Sandusky, Ohio. He was born on May 14, 1932 in Bryan, Ohio, the son of the late William and Veda (Mitchell) Rudolph. On September 2, 1956 he married Jane Adams and she survives. Marv was a veteran of the United States Army, having served his country during the Korean War. He worked for General Electric for 25 years as a Millwright, retiring in 1985. He enjoyed going to flea markets and garage sales; fishing, and guns. Survivors include his wife: Jane; sons: Craig Rudolph, of Bellevue, Ohio; Randy (Janice) Rudolph, of Washington; daughters: Rachel (Denis) Britt, of Oak Harbor, Ohio and Rhonda (William) Jones, of Bellevue, Ohio; numerous grandchildren; one great-grandson; sister: Janiece (Tom) Remmel, of Bellevue, Ohio; and numerous nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place. A celebration of Marvin's life, memorial service, will take place at a later date.
