Marguerite Elizabeth Green

Marguerite Elizabeth Green, 97, of Bolton, Ontario and formerly of Port Clinton, Ohio died peacefully on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at King Nursing Home in Bolton, Ontario. She was born on March 18, 1913 in Kingston, Ontario to John Robert and Mary Alexandria (Granger) Hayman. On December 27, 1948 she married Edgar Mayfield Green and he preceded her in death on October 25, 1995. Marguerite was a homemaker, and also a former member of St. Paul Episcopal Church in Fremont, Ohio where she was very active in the Rebekah Lodge. She is survived by her brother: John Richard Hayman, of Brampton, Ontario; niece: Debbie (Joe) Amato and their children, of Bolton, Ontario and Linda (Hugh) Murry and their children, of Orillia, Ontario; nephew: Rick Hayman and his children, of Toronto, Ontario. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a brother: Kenneth Hayman. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at the Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, 1124 Fulton Street, Port Clinton, from 10 am until memorial services at 11 am at the funeral home, with Reverend John Reinheimer officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
