Jeff E. Rollins, 54, of Port Clinton passed away Friday, August 22, 2025 as the result of a motorcycle accident. He was born December 29, 1970 in Berwyn, Illinois, the son of James and Nannie (O’Neal) Rollins.
Surviving are his children: Jessie Rollins of Sandusky, Raymond Rollins of Lorain, OH; grandchildren: Jazmine Elaine Rolins and Carl James Chancey. He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings: Norine Rollins, Dolly Rollins, Claude Gannon, Gary Gannon and James Rollins.
