Jane Marie Podsiadlo (Roshon)

Jane Marie Podsiadlo (Roshon) left our world unexpectedly and far too soon on Wednesday, March 6, 2019. Jane was born March 14, 1957 to Don and Betty (Holland) Roshon. She grew up in Chippewa Lake and was a lifelong resident of Ohio finishing out her days with her husband in Marblehead enjoying island living. Jane was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Donna Hall, her brother in law David Norris, father in law Mitchell Podsiadlo Sr., mother in law Eleanor Podsiadlo, and brother in law Mitchell Podsiadlo. Jane is survived by her husband Andrew Podsiadlo, her sons Kenny (Brandi) Highman, Andrew (Allison) Podsiadlo, Tony Podsiadlo, her grandchildren Cassandra Beck, Trenton Podsiadlo, Bryson Podsiadlo, Mia Podsiadlo, Marquis Podsiadlo, and Jaden Podsiadlo, her sister Jackie Norris, brother in law Jerry Hall, several other in laws, countless nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog, Taco. Jane was an amazing woman filled with the desire to help anyone who found themselves in need. She spent several years exercising this desire by volunteering for both Lafayette Township and Marblehead Fire Departments as an EMT. Jane had the most infectious smile, and an even more profound laugh that could fill a room with joy. She enjoyed spending time with her family most of all, but she also enjoyed baking, crafting, gardening, visiting garage sales, and fishing. Christmas was her favorite holiday and she was known to begin decorating in early November. She touched so many lives in her short time on this planet. If you had the pleasure of knowing Jane, then your life truly was complete. No one could make you feel as welcomed or at home quite like her. When you were in her presence you would feel like you were part of the family. She will be missed so much by all that knew her, and not a day will go by that she isnt thought of. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 11, 2019 from 4-8pm at the Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Peninsula Chapel, 7755 E. Harbor Road, Lakeside-Marblehead, Ohio.
