Jacqueline E. Kendall, 65, of Port Clinton, OH died Thursday, May 14, 2015 at Magruder Hospital, Port Clinton, OH. She was born Nov. 30, 1949 the daughter of Wilson Stuart and Evelyn (Stark) Webster. Mrs. Kendall was retired from U. S. Gypsum. Surviving are her significant other: Paul Franck; daughters: Kimberly K. (Ronald) Melton of Tennessee, Kellie S. (Michael) Jenkins of Tennessee; grandchildren: Timothy J. Ashton, Travis M. Jenkins, Tyler S. Jenkins, Trevor W. Jenkins; great-grandchildren: Kayla Jenkins, Trenton Jenkins, Keeley Jenkins; sisters: Janet (David) Golden of Sandusky and Cheryl (David) Randall of Missouri. She was preceded in death by her brother: William Webster. Memorial services will be conducted 1:00 pm Monday, May 18, 2015 at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1124 Fulton St., Port Clinton, OH where visitation will be held Monday from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.
