Heather Lynne Phillips

Heather Lynne Phillips, 32, of Wapakoneta, Ohio and formerly of Cleveland Heights, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on August 24, 2015 at her residence. She was born on August 7, 1983 in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of Jeff and Carol (McChesney) Phillips. Just two weeks ago on August 8, 2015, she married Jeremy Jenkins and he survives. Heather formerly worked during the summer months in Lakeside as a gate attendant and also in housekeeping at the Hotel Lakeside. She enjoyed baking, crocheting, knitting, and along with her husband, she enjoyed helping out at the Jamestown Lions Club. She was dearly loved and will be missed by her loving family and friends. Survivors include her husband: Jeremy, of Wapakoneta; parents: Jeff and Carol, of Lakeside; brother: Drew Phillips, of Cleveland Heights, Ohio; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 28, 2015 from 2-4pm at the Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Peninsula Chapel, 7755 E. Harbor Road, Lakeside-Marblehead, Ohio where Funeral Services will be conducted at 4pm with Reverend Vern Shepherd officiating. Cremation will then take place with burial to follow at a later date in the Lakeside Memorial Garden. Memorial contributions may be made to the Jamestown Lions Club.
