Geraldine H. Neff

Geraldine Hazel Neff, 92 of Fremont, OH died Thursday, October 26, 2017 at her home. She was born January 16, 1925 in Dallas, TX to the late LB and Gladys Johnson. She married Ralph R. Reidmaier who preceded her in death and then remarried to Russell R. Neff, who also preceded her in death. She worked in California on planes for the Army during WW II. She also worked at the Ottawa County Jail and Brennan's paint store both in Port Clinton, OH. Geraldine had served as a past president for the Girls Scouts and Brownies. She also enjoyed golfing and her time in the Elks Club, Moose Club and local bowling leagues. She was very active in Ft. Meyers, Florida where she volunteers at Cape Coral Hospital, served as a Guardian Angel Lawyer, and was a volunteer Sheriff. Survivors include her daughter Renee (Jake) Rollheiser of Fremont, OH; step- son Steve (Kim) Neff and grandson Dominic Lochotzki. She was also preceded in death by her brother Jerry Johnson and granddaughter Jessica Lochotzki. There will be no visitation or services. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted, OH.
