Gary A. Greener, 68, of Oak Harbor, Ohio, passed away Thursday, December 27, 2018. He was born on June 20, 1950 in Port Clinton, Ohio to Ervin Paul Greener and Donna Lou (Atwater) Greener. Gary was the oldest of four and grew up in rural Oak Harbor, attended Carroll Elementary and graduated from SOH and Penta in 1968 with a certificate in Auto Body. Entering the work force at Brown Pontiac he then worked at Stans Body Shop and went on to Tri-Motor Sales, where he spent 33 years, first in the body shop, then as Service Manager. He was also Service Manager at Port Clinton Ford at the later part of his career. His love of cars and family was deeply rooted from time spent working on cars together with his brothers and father and farming on the Atwater family farm along side his mother. Some of his favorite memories include racing his brothers at the Fremont Speedway. He was a loving soul who would help anyone, he had a genuine love for people. This showed true by being a single parent and raising two daughters. He is preceded in death by his twin infant sons, his father, and the mother of his children, Bonnie (Arman) Smith. Survivors include his mother; daughters, Kim (Greener) Riley, Leslie (Greener) Rollheiser (Brian Kruse); grandchildren, Dylan (Kourtney) Love, Devyn Riley, Morgan Riley, Madison Riley, Jaylie Rollheiser and Joscelyn Rollheiser; siblings, Paul (Vic) Greener, Marcia (Bill) Johnson, and Ronald (Lura) Greener.
