Donna J. Wilhems Wagner

Donna J. Wilhems Wagner, 86, of Oak Harbor, OH, died Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at Riverview Healthcare Campus, Oak Harbor. She was born in Hartford City, IN on December 16, 1929, a daughter of the late James & Pauline (Freeman) Kemp. Donna loved to travel and greatly enjoyed gardening. She was an excellent cook, and canned all kinds of fruits and vegetables from her large garden. Her greatest joy however, was spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. In 1946, she married Paul Wilhems, and he preceded her in death in 1975. Donna married Jerry Wagner in 1982, and he preceded her in 1998. She is survived by her children, Aldah Moonwater, Seattle, WA, Jane Wolf, Ft. Mill, SC, Mary Settles, Monclova, OH, Paul Wilhems, Alabaster, AL, Joseph Wilhems, Woodville, OH, Evelyn Wilhems, Risingsun, OH, Catherine Abujoumaa, Springfield, IL, Elizabeth Moor, Oak Harbor, and Christine Goad, Vermilion, OH. Also surviving are 16 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; brothers, Jerry Kemp and Ronnie Kemp; and sisters Mary Ann Jones and Kay Jackson. Donna was preceded in death by her brothers, Dutch, Bobby, Jimmy, and Dick Kemp. Friends may call from 1-3 P.M. Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Oak Harbor, where funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Saturday. Interment will follow at Salem Township Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor. Following the services, a luncheon will be held at the Oak Harbor Alliance Chapel, 11805 W. S.R. 105, Oak Harbor.
