Donald J. Pressler

Donald James Pressler, 86, of Gainesville, Fla and formerly of Port Clinton, died Monday May 7, 2007 at the Oak Hammock of the University of Florida. He was born August 25, 1920 in Alvada, Ohio, the son of Ferdinand and Mary (Hall) Pressler. Surviving are his granddaughter Jerri Ewing of Gainesville, grandson James (Ruth) Motes of Kissimmee; great-grandchildren Joshua Ewing, Robbie Motes, Ricky Motes and Randy Motes and a great great grandson Tyler Motes. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Ruth; daughter Ruth Alice Motes and brothers Bill, Paul and Bob. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 A.M. Saturday at the Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home, Port Clinton, followed by a 1 P.M. graveside service at Fountain Cemetery, Fostoria, Ohio.
