Daisy M. Smith

     Daisy M. Smith, 63 of Elmore, OH and formerly of Oak Harbor, OH died Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio- Ebide Center, Sylvania, OH. She was born February 15, 1962 in Portsmouth, OH to the late Lannie and Alberta (Keeton) Clere. Daisy was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and being with her family, especially her three grandsons whom she adored.

     Survivors include her son Jeremy (Katie) Potridge of Elmore, OH; grandchildren: Chase, Cole, and Caleb; sister Linda (Bob) Anderson; and special companion Raymond Therrien. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ernest Smith (12/2/2009), and siblings: Lannie Clere Jr., Susan Clere, and Debbie Creech.

     Private Graveside Services will be held by the family at Restlawn Memorial Park, Perrysburg, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Ottawa County, 2424 East Sand Road, Port Clinton, OH 43452.
