Cristine M. Magrum

Cristine M. "Cris" Magrum, 62, of Port Clinton, Ohio, died Friday, March 6, 2015 at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo, Ohio Cris was born at Fort Hood, Texas on May 22, 1952, the second of 8 children of Howard & Shirley (Bennett) Magrum. She was a 1970 graduate of Cardinal Stritch High School, Oregon, Ohio, and attended the Firelands Campus of Bowling Green State University and Sienna Heights University. After working in accounting for several firms, Cris most recently worked with the computers for several agencies at the Sutton Center in Port Clinton. She was a tutor for Port Clinton Schools, and greatly enjoyed genealogy research. Cris especially enjoyed spending time with her brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews. She is survived by her daughter, K.C. Davis; siblings, Cindy (Tom) Anderson, Charlie (Darla) Magrum, Cathy (Leroy) Hall, Curt Magrum, Cecile (Al) Graening, Carol (Mike) Barr, and Chad (Jennifer) Magrum; nieces & nephews, Lesli, Laythe, Tami, Mike, Jeremy, Derek, Matthew, Sarah, Carly, Craig, Alex, Michael, Justin, Mickelle, and Steven; and several great nieces & nephews. Cris is also survived by her best friend, Kass Miller and special friend, Kristy Herwat. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her partner Kathy Davis. Cris' family will receive friends from 2-4 P.M. Sunday, March 8, 2015 at Neidecker, LeVeck & Crosser Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1124 Fulton St., Port Clinton. A Celebration of her life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Port Clinton Fire Department.
