Charles Donald Hillman

Charles “Chuck” Donald Hillman, 71 of Oak Harbor, OH died Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at his home under Hospice care. He was born March 6, 1949 in Fremont, OH to the late Donald and Jo Ann (Tucker) Hillman. He was a 1967 graduate of Oak Harbor High School. He served in the United State Air Force during Vietnam. On August 6, 1976 he married the former Nancy Owen, and she survives. Chuck retired from Green Bay Packaging after 40 years of service. He was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ and the American Legion Post #114, both in Oak Harbor. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Nancy of Oak Harbor; children: Nicholas (April) Hillman of Toledo, OH, Jonathan Hillman of Columbus, OH, and Matthew Hillman of Bowling Green, OH; granddaughters: Erika Hillman, Hannah Hillman, Bailey Hillman, Shelby Jensen, and Rory Hillman; sisters: Jacqueline (Charles) Dicken of Bowling Green and Donna McCleese of Fremont, OH. Visitation will be Monday from 3-8pm at the Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Oak Harbor Chapel. Due to the Covid19 Pandemic, Private Funeral Services will begin at 11am on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at the Funeral Home with the Rev. Daniel R. Sather officiating. Please be reminded of the mandates for social distancing and face coverings. Burial will be in Salem Township Union Cemetery, Oak Harbor with Military Honors given by American Legion Post #114 and V.F.W. Post # 8732.
