Charles Biehler

Charles Biehler, 94, of Sanford, Maine, formerly of Wells, Maine died Wednesday, February 25, 1015 at Hillcrest Gardens in Sanford after a lengthy illness. He was born in Oak Harbor, Ohio on November 25, 1920, the son of Charles F. & Jessie (Caris) Biehler. Mr. Biehler worked for many years as a long haul truck driver for Controls Corporation of America. He moved to Wells in 1968 where he worked as a caretaker at East Winds Resort. Survivors include a son, Charles W. Biehler of Rochester, New Hampshire, a sister, Mildred Lipstraw of Oak Harbor, and three grandchildren. At his request, there will be no formal services. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Fremont, Ohio at a later date.
